We are seeking experienced Perioperative Registered Nurses and Scrub Scouts to join our team at a 109-bed facility providing a wide range of health services to the local community.

As a Perioperative Registered Nurse or Scrub Scout, you will play a key role within a supportive team ensuring high levels of patient care is provided.

About the Role
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care
  • Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients for management of health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs
  • Lead quality improvement and safety management projects to achieve outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
  • Authority to work in Australia
  • Working with Children Check
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
  • Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
