Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs.

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviour.
  • Creating tailored, evidence-based support plans that promote client-centred care.
  • Working with a varied caseload, receiving extensive support from experienced Behaviour Practitioners and allied health professionals.

Ongoing supervision, training and support ensure continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing positive behaviour support plans in accordance with NDIS guidelines.
  • Providing holistic therapy services to adults and children with diverse needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to regular team meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek individuals who possess:

  • A degree in an allied health field or related area.
  • Registration as an NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner (preferred but not essential).
  • Current driver's license and working vehicle.
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain).
