Support Employment Specialist

As a key player in employment services, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of our customers with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide workplace support to customers with disability, ensuring their employment goals are met.
- Collaborate with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions that promote sustainable employment.
- Develop and implement training programs for both customers and employers.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of disability challenges, and experience working with customers and employers.
About You:- You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a sales/customer service background.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and employers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution and time management.

What We Offer:- 12 weeks paid parental leave
