We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team at Microsoft. As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Azure business by securing customer decisions and showcasing the value of our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and opportunities, establishing credibility and trust.
  • Lead solution design by delivering Microsoft's vision, strategy, and value to C-level and customer decision-makers.
  • Orchestrate experts to create solutions, validate them via Proof of Concept, and showcase how they meet customer business and technology requirements.
  • Drive the App Innovation business to exceed revenue, consumption, and scorecard targets.
  • Maintain excellence in pipeline management, accuracy of sales forecast, and deal close plans.
  • Substantiate the value of solutions by building business cases with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and negotiate deals based on value.
  • Secure customer commitment for business proposals.
  • Be the voice of the customer and influence Microsoft Application Innovation go-to-market strategies by providing feedback on product requirements and sales blockers.
  • Maintain and grow expertise in developer tools, cloud-native architecture, and technologies.
  • Partner with customers to identify their digital transformation needs, business drivers, and concerns.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Australian Citizenship is required due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
