We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of VALD technology into clients' core workflows and day-to-day activities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, positive relationships with clients through online communication and occasional face-to-face meetings.
  • Support Needs Identification: Identify client support needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Presentation Delivery: Deliver high-quality online presentations using Microsoft Teams.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple assignments and support requests simultaneously, working independently or collaboratively with other team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Empathy and understanding of client needs.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Able to build positive relationships quickly.
  • Think outside the box to find solutions.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
  • Familiarity with VALD technologies an advantage.
