Home Based Therapy Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Based Therapy Team Leader to manage the clinical and operational functions for community-based allied health services across Sydney Local Health District.

The successful applicant will have experience in delivering and managing Aged Care and Rehabilitation clinical services, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

About the Role

The Home Based Therapy team provides community-based allied health services to older people living in Sydney Local Health District. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinical and operational functions for community-based allied health services
  • Deliver and manage Aged Care and Rehabilitation clinical services
  • Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Aged Care and Rehabilitation clinical services
  • High level of interpersonal, verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable)
