Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inclusive educators and their liaison with teachers in the modification of classroom activities and assessment tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and families to provide quality teaching and learning experiences.
  • Support the needs of students with disabilities and specific learning difficulties.
Requirements
  • Relevant 4-year tertiary qualification in Primary Education.
  • Qualification in Students with Disabilities / Special Education (preferable but not necessary).
  • CEWA Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School.
  • Successful record of teaching and administrative experience.
About the Role

This is a temporary position for commencing Term 3, with the possibility of ongoing. The Education Support Centre provides a learning environment for students daily, staffed with a SWD Co-ordinator, SWD teacher, and a team of highly dedicated Education Assistants.
