Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to fill a critical role in our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and deliver accurate quotes for vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quote vehicles within agreed timeframes and according to industry standards
  • Complete quotes as required on-site, off-site, and online
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including mapping and imaging, to inform repair decisions
  • Manage parts procurement to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers to authorise additional work
  • Assist with production management of the centre where necessary
  • Ensure vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Insurance Loss Adjustor who possesses:

  • Proven experience in a similar position, including expertise in preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with clients and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable demeanour
  • Strong systems knowledge and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
