Key Maintenance Leadership Role

The Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital part in leading their team to achieve optimal maintenance and operational outcomes.

As a leader, you will work within a dynamic team of experienced professionals who share a demonstrated commitment to preventive maintenance processes.

You will be responsible for maintaining, promoting, and demonstrating an overriding commitment to health, safety, and inclusivity for everyone.

  • Coach, review, and develop multi-skilled trades personnel to ensure their skills are optimised.
  • Lead, engage, and empower your team to increase their capabilities.
  • Oversee the execution of planned and scheduled maintenance along with breakdown work.
  • Work closely with mobile maintenance coordinators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Foster a positive and productive working relationship between team members and other departments.
  • E nsure HSEC standards, hazard identification, and management are applied by departmental personnel.
  • Tertiary or trade qualifications in an aligned area are preferred.
  • Prior experience in leadership of high-performance teams is highly valued.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, safety, people, processes, and systems.
  • Improve performance and availability through quality maintenance practices.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships with other areas to support the delivery of maintenance.
