Job Opportunity:

Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and passionate support workers to work closely with clients who require support for daily living activities, community access, and emotional and behavioural assistance.

  • Key responsibilities include assisting clients with showering, toileting, and other daily living activities
  • Providing emotional and behavioural support as needed
  • Accompanying clients on community outings

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Yellow Card
  • Blue Card
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
  • Driver's License and Car Insurance
  • Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Experience supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (1 year required)

Preferred qualifications include fluency in English or Greek and First Aid Certification. A Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Certificate, and Drivers Licence with Full Comprehensive Insurance are also desirable.

This is a casual opportunity with variable hours ranging from 10-25 per week. The hourly rate is $35-$50 AUD, depending on experience. We offer travel reimbursement and penalty rates as part of our compensation package.
