We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Resourcing Coordinator to play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding process for our Sydney Metro West project.
The successful candidate will support the project resourcing team with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the project resourcing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate and obtain required sign-offs and approvals related to recruitment activities
- Compile and provide relevant information to ensure Offers of Employment can be prepared as per company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in recruitment administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
- Good attention to detail
- A hard working and positive attitude
