Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join our team in producing accurate documentation and coordinating with consultants to support better project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality drafting tasks within agreed deadlines and resolve matters with your manager.
  • Commission reports and technical information with external consultants and follow up for timely delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials.
  • Liaise with the team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD with demonstrated experience in residential drafting.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the residential housing and construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in preparing construction documentation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues.
