The Bankstown Assertive Outreach Team is seeking a dedicated professional to join their dynamic service. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing recovery-oriented care to individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment services. Your expertise and passion for mental health will make a significant impact on the lives of consumers and their families.

About The Role
- You will work in a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive mental health care services across South Western Sydney.
- Your responsibilities will include assessing and treating consumers, coordinating recovery plans, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Requirements
- You must possess relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist currently registered with AHPRA, or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with AASW.
