Experienced Clinical Nurse Manager Sought for Perth Hills, WA

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team in Perth Hills, WA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical, care workers and allied health medical resources to meet the needs of residents living at our facility.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated clinical supervisory/management experience in a Residential Aged Care Setting, as well as effective emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills. You will also have the ability to engage with residents and families to promote positive relationships and foster a collaborative team environment.
In this role, you will work closely with our Facility Manager to plan, monitor and review work practices, systems and processes to maintain high standards and meet the requirements of the Aged Care Act 1997 and Accreditation Principles 2014. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical assessments, care plan development and care plan evaluations in collaboration with Registered Nurses and other members of the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinical and care services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care and services to residents.
- Care Planning: Ensure timely and accurate ANACC assessment documentation to maximise Commonwealth funding.
- Staff Management: Manage staffing levels and skills mix to meet residents' needs, and utilise negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills to ensure optimal staff performance.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and development opportunities for clinical staff.
- A registered nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Demonstrated contemporary clinical assessment skills
- Effective emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to engage with residents and families to promote positive relationships
- Demonstrated ability to develop, influence and lead effective teams
