As a team leader in Victoria and South Australia, you will oversee a high-performing team of dedicated retail merchandisers across pharmacy, mass, and grocery channels.

You will optimise field operations through real-time coaching, quality reviews, and performance scorecards, ensuring every campaign meets premium standards.

The ideal candidate will possess sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment, with the ability to drive fresh insights and ideas.

This role involves managing a team, developing strategy, and travelling to uncovered areas to provide support.

You will have autonomy, comprehensive training and support, a hybrid work arrangement, and the opportunity to work with respected brands.

Key Responsibilities:
