Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful implementation of Dayforce; - HR and Talent modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Core HR, Self-Serve, Position Management, etc.) and/or- Workforce Management functionality (Rostering/Scheduling, Time Off, Timesheets, Awards, etc.)
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and implementation partners to understand and develop future state process designs and Dayforce solution requirements
  • Design and facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders to assess and identify options for process improvement and efficiencies
  • Support the drafting of business proposals and discussion papers to inform decision making
  • Support the development and implementation of communications and change management plans
  • Assist with testing, development of test cases, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist with data migration planning, testing, and cut over activities
  • Collaborate within the Transformation Office and with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate empathy and respect for clients/employees
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain, on an ongoing basis, high-quality, and accurate project artefacts

You Will Excel in:

  • Critical thinking and communication
  • Excel in asking insightful questions and breaking down complex problems
  • Communicate with clarity and navigate effortlessly between big-picture thinking and detailed analysis
  • Proactive in setting and managing expectations and customer-focused in building relationships
  • Willingness to engage directly with tasks, whether through site visits or hands-on problem-solving
  • Resourceful in achieving outcomes, such as picking up the phone to gather information
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, transparent, and outcome-driven environment
  • Bonus points for experience in consulting, HRIS, HCM, or WFM implementations
  • Fast-learning, problem-solving capability is key; specific experiences are a plus but not essential
