Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Technical Project Coordinator to join 4impact in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering Technology and Business Services initiatives to support our FY25 strategy.

About the Role
  • Coordinate and deliver TBS projects to meet strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration.
  • Facilitate data-driven decisions through project insights and analytics.
  • Foster effective communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in technical program/project management, ideally in energy, mining, or industrial settings.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working on technology-related portfolios of projects associated with decommissioning assets in either energy, mining, oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, or engineering environments.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements, processes, delivering projects, and managing the overall program in an evolving and complex environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of AU $120,000 - AU $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:

  • 6 months contract with possible extension
  • Perth-based hybrid role: 2-3 days from office & 2 days remote
