Key Responsibilities- Manage an assigned portfolio with professionalism and accountability

- Conduct deliverability audits and performance reviews, linking findings to business impact with clear, actionable recommendations
- Support customers in resolving issues such as blocklisting, spam traps, or inboxing challenges
- Monitor delivery metrics, create data-driven plans, and communicate results in a structured format
- Quantify improvements in deliverability performance, inbox placement, and engagement metrics
- Handle technical objections with clarity and connect technical solutions to customer business goals
- Cultivate long-term relationships across the portfolio, aligning with shared strategic goals and executive-level stakeholders
