Stockroom Specialist Job Description

As a leading sports brand, adidas is committed to developing and growing its people. We're seeking a highly efficient and proactive Stockroom Specialist to join our Chadstone Performance store location on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and receipt all new stock, ensuring it's on the shop floor within 24 hours
  • Ensure daily replenishment of the shop floor is accurate and efficient
  • Manage all logistics of the stockroom, including layout and staff when required
  • Ensure all receipting, transfers, and orders are completed accurately
  • Investigate and correct any errors or anomalies in stock control within 24 hours
  • Manage the stock take process over the 12-month period, including weekly cycle counts
  • Work with the Store Manager to maintain stock on hand targets within key categories
  • Lead by example on the shop floor in providing exceptional customer service when required
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll have strong retail stock control experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll be passionate about providing operational and logistical leadership in a fast-paced retail business.
