HRBP Lead

HR Partners by Randstad is excited to be partnering with a global name in the heavy industries for a Lead People and Culture Business Partner role based in Norwest. This role is responsible for delivering sound strategic and operational People and Culture (P&C) support and advice within its portfolio or BUs in line with the national P&C strategies.

• Providing support as required to specific projects and national initiatives either within the nominated business units ('BU') or as part of the broader HR/P&C team this will include HSE
• Escalation point, coaching and supporting leaders and Business Partners in their BUs on all people matters i.e., employee relations and Industrial relations
• Being the point of contact for Leadership and Executive Leadership Team
• Overseeing workforce and resource planning, and succession planning activities

• Minimum 6-8 years of HR generalist experience especially in a senior HR generalist role
• Experience in a similar organisation - blue collar, multisite and unionised environment ideally industrial/heavy industry, FMCG, supply chain and logistics, etc.
• Experience working with Executive and regional leadership teams
