Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner to provide high-quality, all-of-family domestic violence response services.

The successful incumbent will be involved in group work facilitation, providing timely, trauma and DFV informed progress interviews, contracting and exit planning to ensure safety and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Men's Behaviour Change interventions (in-person) including assessment and case coordination to meet NSW practice standards.
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained for self and all hazards and incidents are reported within appropriate timeframes.
  • Ensure administrative and reporting responsibilities are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Counselling, Social Work, Welfare, Psychology or equivalent qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in group work facilitation.
  • Relevant registrations (or working towards) with peak bodies such as ACA, PACFA, AASW or APHRA.
