
Chief Talent Officer

Permanent, full-time opportunity to lead recruitment strategies for our organization.
This role involves developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition plans to attract, assess, and hire top performers. You will create strategic partnerships with educational institutions and community networks to build inclusive talent pipelines. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment centers. Your expertise in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies will be invaluable in driving business results.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential for this role.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
