Finance Business Partner, Supply Chain Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Coles Group team. As a key member of our Finance team, you'll work closely with our Commercial Managers to deliver quality business partnering to our Redbank and Kemps Creek Automated Distribution Centres (ADCs).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing financial support to our Commercial Managers, including reporting, budgeting, and analysis in accordance with Coles Commercial framework and accounting standards.
- Partnering with key operational stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business processes.
- Working closely with and influencing the operations team and other key stakeholders to monitor and manage performance against budgets and targets.
- Developing robust reporting and analysis, turning operational metrics into financial results.
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting to allow the site/s to drive performance.
- Developing financial plans and forecasts, offering guidance on future initiatives.
- Identifying key drivers of cost and opportunities for business improvement, and supporting all business improvement initiatives by providing commercial thought leadership and ensuring benefits are accurately tracked and reported.
- Delivering insightful and objective analysis and commercial recommendations to ADC Management Team as required.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A varied finance background covering financial control, financial reporting, planning and analysis, and business partnering.
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and challenges and recommend a course of action.
- Demonstrated experience streamlining reporting processes and improving data visualisation.
Desirable skills include experience in logistics, an automated distribution facility or manufacturing environment, and Continuous Improvement/Lean Six-Sigma Training and experience.
