Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our Payroll Supervisor and team on all payroll matters, including the roll-out of a new payroll system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Payroll Supervisor & team on all payroll matters
  • Assist the Payroll team to transfer all current staff into a new Payroll System
  • Creating personnel payroll profiles for new payroll system roll-out
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to update payroll information
  • Liaising with Employees with queries
  • Some other Payroll Admin function involvement such as updates, assisting with payroll anomalies, etc

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years Payroll experience with managing multiple priorities
  • Recent experience within a Payroll Officer position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Real Time payroll system (desirable)
  • Sense of humour with the ability to work within a small but effective team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
