Water Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and maintaining our water and wastewater infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant services across our 15 island communities.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers opportunities for growth and development in a unique and dynamic environment.
Requirements- Possession of Bachelor level qualifications in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering is mandatory.
- Demonstrated industry experience in water and/or wastewater operations.
- Eligibility for Membership of Engineers Australia (or equivalent Professional Institution) is desirable.
- Postgraduate qualifications in project management, or industry certifications (such as Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) or PMBOK PMP Certification).
- Strong people management, interpersonal, and intercultural skills with ability to communicate, negotiate and influence within an organisation, especially at executive and senior management level.
