Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant to join our team in Australia. As a Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for providing tax advisory services to clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on corporate tax advisory, M&A tax, GST advisory, and transfer pricing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax advisory services to clients on corporate tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, and risk management.
- Assist clients with M&A tax transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modeling.
- Provide GST advisory services to clients, including GST planning, compliance, and risk management.
