Seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our national trade marketing campaigns and activations for the professional painter channel.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and drive profitable business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement national promotions, including catalogue programmes, seasonal offers, and low-spend campaigns.
  • Develop and execute in-store activation strategies to grow PPG brands COS & trade dealer channels.
  • Lead new product launches, managing sales team roll-out, launch events, customer launch events, and in-store activations.
  • Design and deliver loyalty/incentive programmes for professional painters, overseeing all elements, including agency liaison, B2B comms, event management, collateral design, production, and logistics.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with professional sales managers and field teams to implement projects, develop collateral, pitch decks, execution, and product guidelines.
  • Manage A&P budgets for assigned projects, tracking and reporting of marketing spend following instructions from direct manager.
What You Need:
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing and campaign implementation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
