Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Distribution Centre Operator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic warehouse environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre.

Your key responsibilities will include picking and packing customer orders accurately for dispatch, unloading and loading containers and trucks manually and using material handling equipment (MHE), conducting periodic stock checks, performing pre-start MHE checks, maintaining housekeeping and cleaning duties, and using electronic equipment such as RF scanners.

In addition to these tasks, you will also be required to work effectively within a team environment, follow directions from supervisors and management, and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the distribution centre.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude that is eager to learn new processes and collaborate with the team.

You should have experience in warehousing or labor roles, although we are open to candidates looking to start their career and develop new skills.
