Job Title: Strategic Product Insights Analyst

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Strategic Product Insights Analyst. This role will play a crucial part in the transformation of our Global Trading and Market Data applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure problems are well understood, clearly defined, and there is a clear path on how the strategic vision will be translated into modern software.
  • Effectively research and articulate complex technical, financial, and conceptual ideas into actionable insights, specifications, and plans.
  • Analyse product usage, client behavior, and performance metrics to inform feature development and enhancements.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to guide prioritisation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage aspects of cross-team dependencies to keep track of key products and deliverables from inception to production iterations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, build advocacy, and develop client-centric solutions to challenges.
  • Champion the internal and external adoption of foundation capabilities and services.
  • Define learning and adoption pathways for consumers of foundational capabilities.
  • Undertake market analysis and research to inform product prioritisation and sequencing.
  • Ensure product backlogs are regularly groomed and that the backlog accurately reflects current status.
  • Proactively contribute to discovery sessions to shape outcomes that benefit clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Subject matter expertise to support the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Ability to gather and analyse user data, market trends, and business requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, validate product ideas, and evaluate product performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively translate key product features and tangible experiences.
