About the Role

This dynamic position involves identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive growth in our property management division. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, expand our client base, and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth in the property management division
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and cold outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the property management industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • A high level of energy, motivation, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective solutions
  • A Certificate 4 in Real Estate or Agents Representative Certificate (or equivalent)
