High Volume Kitchen Leader

As a seasoned culinary professional, you will be responsible for leading a team in a high-volume kitchen environment. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in food preparation and cooking, ensuring consistently high-quality products and services are delivered to our guests.
The role involves supervising team members, performing general and specialized food preparation and cooking duties, and maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work area. You will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring food safety procedures to ensure all menu items are prepared and served in line with food safety standards.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires effective leadership, communication skills, delegation, and guidance. You will be responsible for motivating team members to achieve a high standard of guest service, while also conducting training and assessing competency to assist in team development and mentoring.
We are looking for an individual with relevant chef qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and experience working in theme parks or corporate conference events settings. Industry experience in high-volume kitchen operations is essential, as well as the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays across all parks, as required by event schedules.
