  3. Assist with revenue assurance projects to minimize leakage and maintain high professionalism.
  4. Resolve complex customer billing enquiries and complaints efficiently.
  5. Continuously improve processes to ensure optimal performance.
Our Organization

We operate the state's dams, capturing and storing water, and supplying it ready for distribution. We play a vital role at the source of the state's water, delivering two thirds of all water used in NSW.
