The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring OSHC/OOSH programs and activities, ensuring quality and compliance in service delivery, and leading training, performance, and development in the service.

  • Develop and implement high-quality OSHC/OOSH programs and activities that meet the needs of our services.
  • Ensure that all services deliver excellent outcomes and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Lead training and performance development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities and achieve excellent rating and assessment outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field or have completed at least 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with children in a leadership position.
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Availability over split shifts, Monday to Friday.
