This is a full-time position, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to our residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in aged care and be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized and holistic care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health conditions, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as needed.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of residents.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
- Full working rights in Australia.
