We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Access Telehealth. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care, and intervention to Aged Care Residents within the scope of a Nurse Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level clinical nursing, leadership, management, and governance to patients
- Collaborate with the wider medical team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients' health concerns
- Deliver preventative health care and provide leadership within your scope of practice
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
- Advanced clinical experience in assessment, treatment, and health promotion within the scope of practice
