Job Title

We are looking for a skilled Category Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation and governance of our Category Deployment Schedule (CDS).

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing daily CDS operations and milestones, managing approvals, and ensuring accuracy on Partnerhub while considering category complexities and stakeholder needs to meet critical timelines.

  • Execute Daily Category Deployment Schedule (CDS) Operations & Milestones:
    • Handle day-to-day operations of the CDS, including processing all necessary approvals and ensuring its accuracy on Partnerhub.
    • Manage CDS milestones in line with key principles, while considering complexities of each category, stakeholder, and review type to meet appropriate timelines.
  • Support Operational Administration:
    • Manage and maintain accurate distribution lists, and undertake other general administrative duties as needed to support team operations.
  • Maintain Structured Record Keeping & Meeting Coordination:
    • Be structured, organised, and diligent in Commercial Grocery Code Record Keeping.
    • Book Grocery Code meetings proactively and be highly organised.
  • Evaluate CDS Health & Adherence:
    • Conduct regular CDS health checks to ensure alignment with scheduling principles for approvals and maintenance.
    • Confirm adherence to best practices.
  • Proactively Manage Workload & Mitigate Risks:
    • Take ownership of individual capacity planning and workload management to ensure meeting of key milestones.
    • Identify and surface potential risks.
