Job Overview

As a Personal Shopper Assistant at Woolworths Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. As a Personal Shopper Assistant, you will work closely with our logistics team to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as a Personal Shopper Assistant will include:

  • Picking and packing fresh produce and groceries for delivery to our customers
  • Ensuring that all products are accurately scanned and labeled for delivery
  • Working closely with our logistics team to resolve any issues or concerns related to order processing
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations
