About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor - Specialty to join our Hive Operations Training team in Perth, Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to drive high performance and ensure adherence to operational standards by delivering targeted on-the-job training, providing strategic upskilling and mentorship to existing OPF personnel, developing training pathways & assessments and effectively training and assessing new team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and mentorship to controllers within the Hive Control teams, tailored to their varying levels of experience
  • Complete and submit all required documentation in alignment with Fortescue's Training and Assessment Procedures and Standards
  • Conduct upskilling and skills standardisation training across the business for OPF Controllers
  • Conduct quality assurance audits
  • Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement within the training environment to provide world-class training and learning experiences
  • Proactively work with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure the continual success of the OPF control operations

Salary Package

The salary for this role is approximately AU$120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and comparable roles in the region.
