Reablement Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Reablement Therapist to join our team, working with older adults to restore their independence and improve their quality of life. As a Reablement Therapist, you will work closely with individuals and their families to create personalized care plans that focus on functional abilities and overall well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobility assessments and restorative therapy programs
  • Falls prevention and pressure care management
  • Pain management and active ageing group programs
  • Collaboration with care staff to develop resident-centred plans

You will be part of a dedicated regional team, providing mobile allied health services to those in need. Our purpose is clear: to enrich lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
  • Passion for reablement and restoring independence in older adults
  • Australian working rights
  • National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening
  • Drivers' license and willingness to travel within the region
