About the Role
Service Stream is seeking a skilled Traffic Planner to join our team in Dandenong, VIC. As a Traffic Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing traffic management plans, providing expert advice on traffic planning and management, and ensuring the efficient and effective provision of traffic management services.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Performance
Develop and implement traffic management plans, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Work with planning and delivery teams to draw, plan, and prepare work zone traffic guidance schemes.
Ensure that approved traffic management measures are implemented and maintained in accordance with approved plans.
Customer Relations
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information and advice.
Identify and implement value-added solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of traffic management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also need to have a current 'Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan' qualification and a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in traffic management on road construction sites of equivalent complexity.
