Your day as a Business Intelligence Marketing Analyst will involve creating and managing marketing performance dashboards, integrating key marketing data into business data funnels, and collaborating with Product Teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to draw insights from results and provide recommendations for campaign inflight reporting and PIRs.
You will also identify opportunities to drive incremental growth through proposition and campaign activity by analysing ANZ, industry, and competitor data trends. Key skills required include hands-on experience with Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Target, knowledge of web analytics and digital marketing fundamentals, and commercial literacy.
A natural communicator who can convey complex insights to a non-technical audience is essential for this role. Additionally, you will need to interpret data to answer business requirements, inform product decisions, and consumer behaviour questions. A coaching mindset and ability to bring people on a journey and help them grow are highly valued qualities in this position.
