About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for leading the finance functions, working in partnership with the Board, CEO, and broader Executive Leadership Team to achieve the growth agenda. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Leading and mentoring a best practice finance function, partnering with various functions to make informed and business-oriented decisions.
  • Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Evaluating investment opportunities and making sound recommendations to the CEO and Board.
  • Managing cash flow and working capital to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Overseeing key financial management responsibilities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, procurement, payroll, internal and external audit.
  • Providing strategic input to the direction of the organisation.
About You

We are seeking an accomplished track record as a Finance Director or CFO, leading various-sized organisations through scale. You may come from a Private Equity background or other companies that demonstrate pace and scale in a complex supply chain. Commercial acumen, strong technical skills, leadership, and the ability to be hands-on and strategic at the same time are essential. You should be able to build vision and strategy effectively and lead others through the implementation of that vision. Salary package circa $300k with strong STI and LTI upon meeting growth targets.
