Lead a High-Performing Team as Store Manager

Overview:

As a seasoned Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team aligned to our core values of Respect, Innovation, Collaboration, and Execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through enhanced store presentation, product offerings, and exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain the highest quality sushi standards and ensure food safety and workplace safety
  • Manage stocktakes, COGS, and labor within your store, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize performance
  • Work closely with our Area Manager to mentor a team of Sushi Artisans, promoting excellence in all aspects of their work
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning

Requirements:

To succeed as a Store Manager, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
