Overview:
As a seasoned Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team aligned to our core values of Respect, Innovation, Collaboration, and Execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through enhanced store presentation, product offerings, and exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain the highest quality sushi standards and ensure food safety and workplace safety
- Manage stocktakes, COGS, and labor within your store, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize performance
- Work closely with our Area Manager to mentor a team of Sushi Artisans, promoting excellence in all aspects of their work
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning

Requirements:
To succeed as a Store Manager, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food or hospitality industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
