Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within a commercial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and complete planned, reactive, and repair work orders given by the helpdesk team within the specified time
- Complete all work-related documents in a timely manner
- Use your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained
- Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
- Work on a rotational shift pattern
- Provide a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical
- 18th edition qualified (Desirable)
- IPAF/PASMA (Desirable)
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
