Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead the optimization and improvement of our Digital Care Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the daily management and enhancement of our Digital Care Platform, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance.
  2. Work closely with clinical and operational teams to design and implement process improvements, driving platform adoption and user satisfaction.
  3. Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with evolving healthcare needs and industry trends.
  4. Oversee platform enhancements, gather user feedback, and coordinate with vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
  5. Prioritize training, troubleshooting, and support to ensure effortless platform use and maximize user potential.
  6. Maintain compliance with stringent privacy and security standards while driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare digital solutions and clinical workflows.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in product or project delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Cloud for Health, Azure, Power BI).
  • Strong proficiency in systems configuration, change management, and Agile/CI-CD practices.
  • Vendor management skills and commitment to high-quality delivery assurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
