About This Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Recreation Planning team as an Undergraduate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies for recreation and community facility infrastructure while gaining valuable work experience.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • ">Developing and implementing recreation and community facility infrastructure strategies
  • ">Assisting in the development of community engagement and recreation planning practices
  • ">Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Requirements
  • Candidate Requirements
  • ">Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree qualification in Sports Recreation, Town Planning, Social Sciences, Community Development or other relevant equivalent tertiary qualification
  • ">Satisfactory completion of a minimum of two (2) years full-time study, or equivalent, in the above-mentioned degree
  • ">Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • ">Ability to multi-task and prioritise work within an environment of competing demands
  • ">Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • ">Hold a current Class C unrestricted drivers licence
