Food and Beverage Service Professional

We are seeking experienced restaurant professionals to excel in delivering exceptional customer service and possess a deep understanding of food and beverage.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will engage guests with warmth and expertise, enhancing their dining experience through your knowledge of our cuisine and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests warmly, ensuring their comfort and fostering a personal connection.
  • Providing detailed and passionate descriptions of dishes and beverages.
  • Upselling to enhance guest experiences, demonstrating enthusiasm for our offerings.
  • Continuously expanding knowledge of produce, beverages, and cuisine.
  • Anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs, including special occasions and dietary requirements.
  • Maintaining impeccable hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service; familiarity with Italian cuisine is advantageous.
  • Valid Victorian RSA certification.
  • Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • WSET certification is preferred.
