Logistics Service Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Service Specialist to support our order-to-cash process by processing sales orders with accuracy and timeliness. This role will involve proactively managing escalations and risks within our transport and warehousing network to ensure on-time customer delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, think critically, and solve problems efficiently.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Processing sales orders and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Managing KPIs with 3PL warehouse and transport partners to meet service level agreements
  • Processing and recording vendor invoices
  • Managing master data and supporting incident resolution

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar logistics and/or customer service role and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also be proficient in systems such as MS Excel and SAP.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least two years' experience in a similar logistics and/or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous with the ability to problem-solve autonomously
