Customer Service Representative

About the Role
As a key member of our stores and warehousing team, you will play a vital role in supporting Ventia's Defence National Clothing Store Services contract in Amberley, QLD. This is a permanent full-time role, offering a competitive hourly rate of $26.60 plus Super.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and acquit stores under supervision
- Stock packing and preparation for despatch
- Assist with kit issues for customers
- Inspect and accept return items
- Manual handling using various methods
Requirements
- Previous customer service/warehouse/retail duties
- Drivers Licence and own transport - required
- Forklift Licence - desirable
- Previous experience with MILIS or DPN preferred
- Work in a Team/Customer Service environment
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Scheduling workloads and meeting production deadlines
