- Conduct assessments, triage, and crisis support for patients requiring immediate attention.
- Allocate follow-up care and maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless patient progression.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment to achieve outstanding results.
- Qualified Social Worker or Psychologist.
- Experience in mental health triage, crisis assessment, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work comfortably delivering care and referrals over the phone.
- Competitive pay - up to $80 per hour (based on experience).
